1950s Italian Ebonized Console Table with Glass Top & Lattice Basket
An exceptional 1950s Italian Mid-Century Modern console table featuring sculptured, dynamic lines and high-quality craftsmanship. This piece showcases dramatic, ebonized bentwood Y-shaped/forked leg uprights that elevate the floating design. The design reflects the distinct stylistic influences of legendary 1950s Italian masters like Ico Parisi, Cesare Lacca, and Gio Ponti, known for mixing organic wood craft with airy glass and bold architectural silhouettes.
